Products worn close to the skin, such as briefs and boxers, can only be returned if they remain in their original condition.

For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be accepted for return if:

• They are in their original, unopened condition
• They have not been worn or washed
• All original labels and packaging are still intact

Please note: if the seal or packaging has been broken, we cannot accept these items for return.
