Can I try on items before returning them, and will it affect my refund?Updated 2 months ago
Yes, during the 30-day withdrawal period, you may try on items to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality, just as you would in a physical store. For example, you can fit the article, but please do not wear it outside.
For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the items:
- Are in their original, unopened condition
- Have not been worn or washed
- Still have all original labels and packaging intact
If the seal or packaging has been broken, we cannot accept these items for return.
If an item is returned damaged, washed, missing labels, incomplete, or shows signs of excessive use beyond normal fitting, you may be liable for a reduction in the refund. Scotch & Soda will deduct any depreciation in the value of the item from the total amount refunded.
If your product is damaged at delivery or you have another issue, our customer service team will be happy to help—just reach out to us at [email protected] before sending your item return.
