What happens after I submit my request?

Once your request has been received, our Customer Service team will review the status of your order and advise on the next steps.

Depending on where your order is in the fulfilment process:

• If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will attempt to cancel it before shipment.
• If your order has already been dispatched, we may be able to arrange for it to be returned to us by the carrier.
• If your order has been delivered, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and obtain a refund where applicable.
