What is your return/exchange policy?Updated a day ago
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations and you’d like to return your item(s), you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. To initiate the process, please visit our return portal and follow the steps. It is not possible to return your items in a Scotch & Soda store.
- Return with a Scotch & Soda Label
For a simple return process, use our DHL return label. Download the label via the Returns Portal for a fee of €4.95, which will be deducted from your refund. - Arrange Your Own Return
Prefer to use your own courier? You can return the items using a service of your choice. We recommend selecting a courier that provides proof of shipment or insurance for the item’s value. - Place the item(s) you wish to return in a secure box.
- Ensure the items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Stick the label onto the package.
- Bring the package to a DHL drop-off point or send it to the return address below.
- Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.

You can combine two orders in one return; just be sure to include detailed information about which item belongs to which order to avoid any issues with processing your return.
Your refund will be processed within 7 days after we have received your return in our warehouse. The amount of your return will be refunded via the original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate exchanges at this time.
