When will I get my refund?Updated a day ago

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full amount paid for the item as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation request.

Please note that we must either have received the returned item or have proof that you have sent it back.

Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be completed within 7 working days. Keep in mind that it may take a few days for the carrier’s delivery to be scanned into our system after it arrives.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase, and there are no fees for this refund.
